Totaro's
Restaurant History:
Vince
& Yolanda Totaro opened Totaro's in 1961 as a shot and beer
bar for local millworkers. Totaro's provided a comfortable hangout
for a night of pool or sharing a friendly drink of the libation
du jour with the bartender on duty.
In the 1970's, Totaro's expanded
the beer selection to include a number of imports, thereby attracting
a more bohemian set to mix with the locals.
Then,
in the 1980's, to meet increasing demand - Vince
& Yolanda transformed Totaro's
into a Restauraunt and looked for a cook make basic dishes.
Totaro's
Restaurant Today:
Today,
the Totaro's tradition continus with Vince & Yolanda's son Andrew
Totaro, who greets every guest as if they were an old friend.
The chefs continue to evolve the menu, experimenting to offer a

Italian fare.
